ADR-Gene-Drug Information
============

ADR-Gene-Drug Information are derived from Pubmed literatures and PharmGKB database. 
As described in the ADRG paper.

Class1 refers to the relations related to gene variation or polymorphism.
Class2 mostly belonging to type A reactions that are the result of augmented effects of the usual pharmacological action of the drug and therefore thought to be dose related, predictable and preventable reactions. 
System Organ Class is the classification of ADRs and total number is 26.
Genetic variation comes from literatures' mining and PharmGKB.
